Question: Do you send items internationally?
Answer: Yes, all items apart from Rods. We cannot send rods internationally at this stage.
Question: Do you accept pickups?
Answer: Unfortunately we cannot accept pickups.
Question: Who do your send your items with?
Answer: We use Australian Air Express and Australia Post Internationally.
Question: I have purchased an item from your store. When do I need to pay by?
Answer: All purchases must be completed and payment made within 5 days.
Question: Do you offer shipping discounts within Australia?
Answer: Yes. When you purchase any items, there will be FREE FREIGHT automatically applied in checkout.

Answer: Yes. We would be more than happy to discuss this further with anyone that is interested in purchasing our products wholesale.

Q. How do I complete my order and checkout?
A. When you would like to purchase an item from our Store, click the 'Add to Cart' button next to the item. You can add multiple items to you 'Shopping Cart'. When you have completed shopping, click the 'Shopping Cart' button in the top right hand corner on any page (or click this link Shopping Cart ) and then follow the steps to Complete Checkout. You will then receive a 'Completed Checkout Notification Email' once checkout is complete.
