Q. Delivery Times to International Countries?
A. We ship all items internationally via Australia Postal Service. It will usually take between 7-10 work days after item/s are shipped, but can take upto 14 working days. If your parcel has not arrived within this time frame, please contact ebay@premiumfishing.com.au

Q. How do I complete my order and checkout?
A. When you would like to purchase an item from our Store, click the 'Add to Cart' button next to the item. You can add multiple items to you 'Shopping Cart'. When you have completed shopping, click the 'Shopping Cart' button in the top right hand corner on any page (or click this link Shopping Cart) and then follow the steps to Complete Checkout. You will then receive a 'Completed Checkout Notification Email' once checkout is complete.
