All items purchased from Premium Fishing Auctions Store include GST and a Tax Invoice will be provided to the purchaser.
- Premium Fishing Auctions Store is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
- Failure to comply with any of the above terms will result in delays and/or possible non shipment of an item.
- Buyer accepts all responsibility for providing the correct delivery address.
- Any item not delivered due to a wrong address will be charged the full shipping price again.
- By purchasing on our Store you are agreeing to all of our Terms & Conditions.
- Customers must read and agree to the Shipping Costs, Delivery Policies, Selling Policies, Warranty & Returns from Premium Fishing Auctions Store before purchasing.
- Unfortunately we cannot accept Pickups. All orders must be shipped.
- All freight charges are in $ Australian Dollars.
- Insurance is an option which is offered on items in Checkout.
- All items are sent via Australian Air Express (Australia Only) or Australia Post Internationally.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery within Australia, before contacting support. In most cases deliveries will be much quicker (2-3 business days).
- We are Not able to send Fishing Rods Internationally.
Warranty & Returns
All items sold by Premium Fishing Auctions Store come with a 12 Month Warranty. If there are any issues as stipulated below, then we must be contacted within this timeframe.
We have a standard 12 month warranty policy that applies to our products purchases on our Store. This means that if the item purchased was received as damaged on arrival, there is a manufacturing fault, or the wrong item was sent, then please contact us at email@example.com and we will gladly replace the item for you.
In the exception that a customer would like a refund for the item/s, we may offer a refund however it will incure a restocking fee of 20%. (NOTE: Initial shipping costs are not refundable).
In this case you will need to request a Return Authorisation Form to fill in and email back firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the RA form is filled in and emailed to us, we will reply with a RA Number and details of where to return the item. You can only proceed to send the item back, once we have authorised it. Refunds/Replacements will not be given for damaged packaging.
Liability: For documents and software available from this server, Premium Fishing Auctions Store does not warrant or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product, or process disclosed.
Advertisements: When visiting our Web site, your Web browser may produce advertisements. These advertisements were most likely produced by other Web sites you visited or by third party software installed on your computer. Premium Fishing Auctions Store does not endorse or recommend products or services for which you may view a pop-up advertisement on your computer screen while visiting our site. Premium Fishing Auctions Store does not have pop-up advertisements on our site.
